The scheme primarily targeted Spanish-speaking investors, promising significant returns from crypto trading and mining. Another key promoter, Juan Tacuri, had also pleaded guilty earlier, agreeing to forfeit nearly $4 million and properties bought with victim funds. Tacuri's sentencing is scheduled for September 24, while Hernandez and Nunez await their sentencing dates.
