Solana's Froganas and Howdy Hats Lead NFT Sales Surge, Ethereum's BAYC Maintains Strong Position

On Monday, Solana-based NFT collections, including Froganas and Howdy Hats, exhibited impressive performances with a significant surge in sales and transactions. Froganas experienced a notable 111.88% increase in sales, reaching $1.16 million, accompanied by a doubling of transactions, while Howdy Hats saw a 19.12% rise in sales and an 184.55% increase in transactions. Despite their strong showings, Solana's NFTs trailed behind Ethereum and Bitcoin in overall blockchain NFT sales. Ethereum's Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) by Yuga Labs recorded a 24.48% increase in sales, reaching $1.02 million, maintaining its position as the second-highest in all-time sales with $3.1 billion. These three projects were the only ones to achieve at least $1 million in sales on Monday. Meanwhile, DMarket on Mythos Chain recorded just under $1 million in sales, ranking as the fourth-best performing collection. Bitcoin's NodeMonkes and JIGO BRC-20 NFTs experienced downturns in both sales and transactions, while uncategorized BRC-20 and Ordinals assets on the Bitcoin network posted $1.9 million and $2.6 million in sales, respectively, exceeding the entire Polygon network's sales of $1.01 million and ranking fourth in the day's blockchain rankings.
