In Q1 2024, Susquehanna International Group made significant investments in Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs), according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The firm disclosed ownership of over $1 billion worth of shares in various Bitcoin-related vehicles. This included 17,271,326 shares of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC), valued at approximately $1.09 billion, and 1,349,414 shares of the Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC), valued at roughly $83.74 million.
