Plotvinov highlighted the simplicity of the onboarding process and the motivation provided to users as key factors in the game's success, with a focus on removing roadblocks and fostering social interactions within Telegram communities. Notcoin's growth was primarily driven by organic referrals, with 94% of users joining through invitations from friends. Plotvinov also noted the departure from traditional marketing strategies, instead adopting an approach that acknowledged the project's value proposition without attempting to convince users.
