Human Rights Foundation Supports 18 Bitcoin Projects with $500K

The Human Rights Foundation (HRF) has provided $500,000 in funding to 18 global Bitcoin projects through its Bitcoin Development Fund. This follows a previous donation of the same amount in September. The grants support a wide range of initiatives, including a decentralised Bitcoin exchange in Venezuela, Bitcoin education programs in Central America, and efforts to make Bitcoin accessible to Arabic speakers. HRF also supports projects monitoring global internet restrictions and enhancing Bitcoin technology. The organisation plays a crucial role in promoting decentralisation, education, and human rights globally, especially in closed societies.
