Gary Cardone, brother of real estate mogul Grant Cardone, has recently listed his Florida mansion located on the Intercoastal waterway in St. Petersburg for sale at a price of 242 Bitcoin. The property boasts 12,522 square feet of space, featuring nine bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. This move comes shortly after Grant Cardone himself listed a beachfront mansion, previously owned by fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger, for sale at 646 Bitcoin. Gary's decision to accept Bitcoin for his property reflects his longstanding advocacy for digital assets, particularly Bitcoin, as evidenced by his X account activity. With Bitcoin's current price, the 242 Bitcoin asking price equates to approximately $14.9 million. Grant Cardone emphasised his preference for owning Bitcoin or investing in multi-family properties over being tied to a single location, stating that the decision to sell the house aligns with their vision to enhance its value for the next owner.
