Despite facing technical issues during the weeklong minting process, Taproot Wizards' new Bitcoin NFTs, known as "Quantum Cats," saw a surge in demand on their first day of secondary trading. Investors who purchased these digital images at the initial sale price were able to flip them for more than twice the amount, with prices exceeding $10,000 each on the NFT marketplace Magic Eden. Within hours of being delivered to their original owners, Quantum Cats generated a trading volume of 115 BTC on Magic Eden, with 507 images still available for sale.
