Chinese authorities have dismantled a $300 million pyramid scheme connected to the 'Dimension' app. The fraudsters used this app for virtual currency sales via live streaming. They organised a hierarchical structure with incentives, misleading members by promoting e-commerce and national projects. Over 3.5 million people were involved, and 13 suspects have been arrested in the ongoing investigation.
